Crown fracture is one of the most commonly encountered forms of dental injury in daily clinical practice. When the coronal fragment is available and the remaining tooth is intact, a tooth fragment bonding procedure offers ultraconservative, safe, fast and esthetically pleasing results. Clinical trials have reported that such bonding using modern dentine bonding agents and resin systems can achieve great functional and esthetic success. The present article puts light on the varied aspects of tooth fragment bonding procedure supported with the help of a case in which such treatment protocol was followed.
